One rincon hill, san francisco

Tower 1: 64 stories · Tower 2: 52 stories · 700 Condominiums

One Rincon Hill (ORH) includes the 64-story Phase I tower and the recently completed 52-story Phase II tower, designed with a total 700 residential condominiums. The first phase of the project was completed in February 2008 and is 100 percent sold out. The Phase II tower was completed on schedule and under budget in December 2014 as a condo mapped for-lease project, and was sold in a bulk transaction in July 2015 for a record price.

The two towers of One Rincon Hill are among the tallest and most recognizable buildings in San Francisco, standing at the gateway to the City next to the Bay Bridge. The project is the first and most transformative development to be completed as part of the Rincon Hill Area Plan. The Phase I project was successfully completed and sold out despite the global financial collapse of 2008 and subsequent recession. Phase II was one of the first luxury high rise developments to secure financing out of the recession. Today, more than a dozen new projects are completed or underway in the burgeoning Rincon Hill neighborhood.
